Theres a house ID with a bed, the one if you spawn a bike and then type /g while jumping you will get teleported on the roof of it, causing you to fall out of the boudries, into a whole new world.

same as spawning cars in jail makes you go to the "under all Custom maps and interiors" bug
Not that many of us can spawn vehicles, but it's the same SA bug

It can't get fixed. It's a GTA SA bug, walls and roofs arent solid, do you know the bug at Los Santos GYM, you can throught the roof with a jetpack and fly to Liberty City. The only way we can fix this is to disable all kind of vehicles into any interior, which isn't the best thing to do.

What other interiors are used besides 0 for the cars?

When you get into houses your World and Interior gets set according to the house ID. If you jump out the house you will fall outside the interiors Rockstar mapped out of players view at the sky.
There are multiple combinations of worlds and interiors.
When you spawn a car it gets it's world set into yours one too. As i said, disabling bikes into interiors can't be the best way to fix this, as sometimes it's funny for people. Anyways who cares about this. You will fall into an invisible world which you cant see and you gotta kill yourself to get back into main map.
