Would you like to see the default GTA SA map being improved as in looks, no big stuff like houses etc.

I think that would ruin the map as it is, i am fine with this GTA SA map.

well, in konali's mind its trees trees and sex shops.. but too many of the tall tree groups and you will lag more because of the size and quantity of the objects,, I think I could do more campsites/parks (as in flowers, trees, etc, not park-ing)

i would like it, BUT the new objects must fit the landscape, dont put random trees on city or random buildings in camp side,  :like:

I've got a few ideas for unique mapping. What about adding underground mappings? Delete a random building in SF (or anywhere) and it creates a hole in the ground. Now you have the ability to map in a new realm! I can imagine an underground drag strip or parking lot/truck park.

Also, what about adding interiors? I have a feeling people want to get into Jizzy's...

The example you have given is crowded.. maybe a less amount of trees and it is fine so I voted for ''more examples'' to get a better view of it.  :)

like the idea  :like:, but beside trees we can put some other thngs like roadworks, new houses, buildings, add some objects to make that map looks better. I have an idea what to do ;D

my idea once was cool, and many agreed it's cool. For example now we have construction sites, plenty. And remove the construction site and put a building. It will be like we were constructing the building this time. Then put a construction site on another place and after LOONG time remove it and put a building :P

this is not the place to discuss new houses, just ideas to make the original SA look better

ok kona you wanted to hear my ideas. here you go


       
  • First of all, don't add much trees. They cause a huge amount of fps drop. you can add them, but don't spam like 100 of them in a square of 5x5meters.
  • Add truckstops! More truckstops that are connected to land. couple that has nice unload/load points, and a gas station.
  • New unload/load spots? Like a whole platform filled with containers and a ship.
  • What about custom build houses? I know its not allowed to suggest houses. and i do know that it will take damn long hours to create those houses. But damn they look so more epic then Rockstar houses.
  • More truckparks? and maybe more truck spawns? San fierro and Los santos don't have much truckparks. There is so much room free to put all your fantasy in it.
  • and fill the empty spots at so many places around LS,LV,SF. I haven't seen much around in San fierro and Los santos. It doesn't mean that not much people go there that they shouldn't get awesome things.
  • Las Venturas intersection looks empty. Add trees? Lights? Porn magazines laying around? You can add tons of stuff to make the landscape awesome.
  • These are suggestion. Not all of them will be acceptable probably, but you wanted to see my suggestion so here you go.
ps: Are you guys allowed to delete stuff?

Yes, ive always liked that idea. Its funny to see all the construction sites but nothing ever gets built. Maybe, every month or two, a construction site is modified. Either a building is added all at once, or maybe parts of a building. The only problem I see with this is that we will lose mission dropoffs for dumper missions.

Just had another cool idea: make dumper missions to the existing road works and remove the missions when the roadworks are removed. I know this is a lot of extra work, but with the new scripters, mick wouldnt have to do so much work  :D

I agree trees are kiling fps. +they spawn after you crash them while flying :dontlike:

I've always thought about this idea, but never voiced my opinion.. This would be great.. It would be a little harder for newer players to learn the locations of the Constructions but that comes with experience.
This would be awesome to see on the Server.

I voted for "I need more examples of what you guys can deliver for small changes" since I don't want too see server full of stupid obstacles, gates, and fences nor useless buildings, or worse, gas stations made in the middle of an empty area (as it is already now) just for let you mappers to satisfy your fancy in getting uglier the server.

Improving GTA SA default with the stuff you showed in video could be a good deal if a large part of those motherfucking useless club bases will be deleted, i prefer to see flying roads instead of that crap.
