City sounds to San Andreas [FAILED]

This mod adds city sounds to san andreas (wind, train sounds, sirens, and lot more). Right now its 40% done (Its cleo).
Its Beta, so right now I have a lot of bugs...

why would I want to hear noises of trucks and horns if there is noone around me??  ill stick to my modified ones from SRT and a couple of good ones I have found by searching sites.. projects looks awesome as a beginning, hope it will be a success

It looks good so far as a mod but remove the skin/animation.
