If you seal a car, then you can hear the horn sound and the car lights will go on/off, on/off...it would be more realistic. If the horn sound will stop then the car lights wont blink anymore.

^ thats how most people do the alarm system. Unless there's a way to do it per player (SetVehicleParamsForPlayer) then i can't see this. Although Mick does have the indicators and reverse beeper, he could probably combine them a certain way.
