Losing cars from being evicted

Hello,
A few weeks ago I saw a lot of people lost their houses because of inactivity.
Now those people lost their great vehicles with a lot of odo on it and that's kinda unfair towards those people... Their house gets evicted and they lose their vehicles with a lot of odo on it.
The idea to give them a change to keep their vehicles:
Give them like 7 days to buy a new house to keep their vehicles. (Time starts at the time that the house gets evicted)
This will give people a change to keep their lovely vehicles.
Okay, people are inactive but atleast give them a change to keep their vehicle, this is kinda fair towards those people.
After those days their vehicles will be sold if the player doesn't own a house yet.
Giving you an example:
Player lost his house because of inactivity.
Player gets online and will see that his house got sold... Player gets mad because he lost his vehicles with a lot of odo...
Now he has to start over with new vehicles which is kinda unfair.

I hope you guys agree with this suggestion.

Although i agree because it will make being evicted less painful but it then engourages people to buy a new house which may then be wasted again by them being inactive

It's well known that you need a house to own vehicles. You need to be active to own a house. Logging in for a few minutes every 59 days isn't considered active. Therefore no house, and in continuation, no vehicles.

There's a situation where there's only 1 slot houses available, and people want bigger houses. They should let others have the chance. If they genuinely cared about their vehicles or house, they would invest time into the server to play it. Otherwise, you should let others have the fun you had yourself.

So yeah... I see where you're coming from TheGame, I personally respect that people do have some sort of history with their vehicles, but in my opinion they should treat them as such, aka actually use them.

theres a million 1 slots. i think in return of eviction a 1 slot should be 'purchased' with returned money from their current house

Sometimes it's not about time, it's about ability to come online. Some of us are forced to use dial-up internet and can't play online and have real life issues to deal with.

Lots of people worked hard and spent lots of time on the server for their houses/cars. I feel they should be able to keep their house/cars as long as they abide by the rules. The rules state that houses will be evicted after 60 days of inactivity. If unwritten rules are instated, what does this say about the staff of Convoy Trucking? Unwritten rules historically come from people trying to supress or dismiss another group of people.

I understand there is a housing crisis. What about adding more houses? I personally could not care less about owning a house, but I DO like owning cars. All the cars that I own right now have some importance to me. What about creating some system that allows people to buy slots (but no house) for the people like me who are just interested in owning vehicles? This would free up houses and allow people to be able to park their cherished cars.
