Mail Suggestion

It's annoy when you try to send items to players and they are to km's away from you...
What if we make a system like mail to send items in mail like in real life and to wait few seconds/minutes for receive that item.

Or they can go to the nearest shop in probably less time and get the item themselves... plus mail only works to houses, not vehicles.

Send money to player > player can buy whatever he needs. Shops are everywhere.

Definitely -1 from me. There is a /fuel command, and, if you don't want to spend 5k each time you need to fuel up, buy some fuel cans before you start working, and you'll have them when you need them. You don't have any more fuelcans? Go buy some more or /fuel.
