What kind of mobile phone do you use?

Hey guys, I'm asking this partially from curiosity and partially because I want to make a Convoy Trucking mobile app and want to see which platforms I should target if I go ahead with it.

A Kindle Fire - Re-flashed to Android 4.2.2
Some cheap Chinese tablet - Running Android 4.0.4
iPod touch 4th generation - Running iOS 6.1.3
And a lame Samsung Intensity 2 - Generic phone

I plan to buy a newer phone later this year, possibly a Samsung Galaxy S4 or something similar. If Google launches a new nexus phone, I'd go for that. The S4 that Google is releasing will be a bit out of my price range.
