1# a new penalty if the license maybe if you drive faster than 50 kilometers to get your license take in or something like a wanted or a high ticket

2# add something like sleeping like what you have now in euro truck simolation 2 something like you pull over to a parking area do /sleep and you sleep for 5 sec or something otherwise you will be drunk or something with driving

#1 you already get fined for going over the speed limit while driving on the server, there is no license
#2 is on the things NOT to suggest list.
