I would like to suggest bringing back glideing for planes when the engine stalls or when you run
out of fuel it was on the server before and it was a life saver when you are close to the dropoff
and you run out of fuel.

+1, the only reason I think this is implemented I think, (this is just a theory and have no facts to back it up/prove it) but if you're high up in the air and you stall you will go past the plane's max speed, therefore smokey will ban you as you're falling for speedhack.  If you're still attempting to fly somewhat straight it wouldn't be a problem though, but it is annoying to randomly fall. (This rule (if implemented) should only apply to airplanes and not helicopters)

Unfortunately mick uses a variable that makes the vehicle turn off the engine when ran out of fuel.
Running out of fuel means that command will pop up and make your engine turn off. Exclude planes from it would mean alot of work for mick to exclude the code to work on planes.
Looks like a good idea but will take sometime for mick to implement it if he wants to.
