Thats not a mod, thats a NPC bot driving through a roadblock hobo did at his island.

No CC was used, I was the passenger in the Trashmaster and the NPC drove. He made some of the vehicles fall under the map.

NPC scripts are usually the 1º to be available to the servers since is common used, it would be nice to have taxis NPC, like you pay for taxi from X place to Y place and you can choose instant travel, or cruising with the NPC to your destination, something like CVT TOURISM.
