About "More police is needed"

I suggested something similar to this and i think that will work. Now the system is 1cop = 1thief. It would be better if the system works 1cop = 2thieves. My arguments why:
- So, it will be easier for thieves to join.
- Cops will have more work which is better for them too!

Not much arguments but 2 hard arguments.

Yes, I agree. I think 3 thieves to one cop is a bit much but 2 thieves to 1 cop is perfect. It seems like I can never spawn as a thief these days.

-1 doesnt need to be changed, if you want to be thief, ask people to be cop for a short time.

Normally this is effective, but once I did this and got kicked from the server. It must be against the rules.
