Some kind of glitch?? Don't know how it happened

I was just driving onto the mount chilliad with a yankee and I drove down (I mostly flew down XD).
When I was on the ground my vehicle was broken down and I called assistance and when it was repaired the truck was still crap but the state was on perfect
