btw its timecyc.aaa
i need to change it to timecyc.dat or keep it as it is?

keep it as it is
there should be timecyc.dat and that one (as a mod)... at least that what mine has

Copy and paste all the files at correct folders. the only one you need to replace is gta_sa.exe
if you want you can do a backup of that file
