Hey guys, i want to ask you about some gaming computer "configuration", this time it's server & workstation, and some graphic cards, but if none is compatible or good for gaming, just say "none is good for gaming" or "none is compatible". If you think one of the system is good with one(or more) of the graphic cards is compatible but need to add "rams" or something else, just say :D (So, just say, this system with this graphic cards)
OK.
so basically, i can play battlefield 3 and some high graphic games in 3 monitor (3D) with fps min. 20

That Poweredge will be too loud to live with, the sound of it is around vacuum cleaner or bit more louder. Dell never makes their enterprise computers silence in mind. They usually fit smallest possible fans inside that spins around 5000RPM. Or if its tower case, they put inside 6 120mm fans that spin at atleast 4000RPM all the time. You cant live with the noise.
The PCI-e 16x is for shit like raid cards or network cards. Its that server motherboard dont have all the fun stuff like consumer boards that are made for gaming. So it will probably miss some chips and controllers you might want to have in gaming.

The HP is not for gaming either its for server use.

You would get away with totally custom build
and pick 690 if you can afford it.

You pay a lot of extra shit like server management softwares yadda yadda yadda that you will never need.

It doesn't matter how much people are online it's about how much fun you have.

First off, my advice, never buy pre-builts, they just don't cut it when you want the best performance for your buck.

Second, using workstations for gaming is a horrible idea. Even though the workstation CPUs have more cores, they can't process commands as fast as a four core CPU, besides, most games don't even utilize all cores, so it's worthless. I use server grade CPUs for encryption and compression for my storage server, that's pretty much what they're meant to do.

Third, Don't EVER buy shady brand products. If you haven't heard about them previously, they probably aren't good. You can take a look at some gaming blogs or so on, and be able to find high quality brands that are widely respected by the gaming community. ASUS is a great example for a company producing quality parts, I've bought their GPUs, soundcards, and motherboards, needless to say I trust them.

Too long; didn't read:
Don't buy pre-builts
Workstations aren't for gaming
Use popular brands for PC parts.

Adding to this

Do not buy cheap unknown power supply brands. They are made from cheap shit capacitors that cookes your motherboard after little failture.

I doubt that not even most programs can utilize multiple cores  efficiently.
