I think there should be a radio station that's just "No radio" for those of us that like to listen to itunes and such instead of radio, and it's quite annoying having to always turn off the radio when getting into a car every single damn time._.

set your user tracks to off, go into options>audio, turn your radio down to nothing, open up any music player/internet radio link you want and start listening to it. no need to add anything additional
