In my opinion the following money from:
- Clamping fees.
- Base purchases and rental costs.
- Vehicles and insurance costs.
- Tolls/ Ferry rides.
- House purchases.
- Items such as smokes dinghy bmx alcohol fuel cans.


All goes towards some imaginary account so then the server can you for the missions you complete.


Think of it as a economy or so that's how I think of it.

Yesterday my RT was parked wrongly in Dumping LTD base..and i thougt the money for paying to unclamp goes to club funds!
