but last time i tryed to install vehicle mods i failed, is there a topic HOWTO install?

It's verry Simple

Install SaMi
Enter Sami
Install a mod!
Browse for your San Andreas Directory
Browse for your mod(arhived)
Click Continue!
Click Continue again!
And now give your mod a name and select a car(which car you want to be modded)
Click install and is done!
