I say premier car ( with it is  making limo ach)

and those are the mods I have for the premier you asked for.... you can use the premier for limo missions.. thus you can use any of those mods for premier.... so why not have the preier be a aston martin race car as a limo.. you would get it done faster, thats for sure (joke)
