when/how did you start mapping?

I started mapping probably in early 2007 just trying new stuff (mta v like 0.3 or something) I played on a mta server that had awesome jumps and powerups the get your repaired and you could change cars when you pass through them and thought I wonder how I could do that and here I am..

im good except for the fact that for the past two years I have not been able to find a stable job
