New roadbarriers for ferry terminal

In 0.3e there is a new roadbarrier object, I wonder if we could replace those old yellow speedbump things at the ferry terminals with this:

Function: It goes down when ferry is at the terminal and it goes up when ferry is leaving!

this would be very useful at both ferry stops, especially for the rookies.  there would have to be really good timing with the ferry's arrival to release it though
