I tell you that there is no speedometer which is not cleo, Cleo is mod for custom scripts to be able to load to GTA without editing main.scm. Oh you can try s0beit it comes with a speedo with nuclear explosion at back.

There are speedometers in Cam Hack, just download it, it's not cleo.
