How to install [NOTE! First thing to do before all is extract the folder to a easy to find place]!:

1. Make sure you have Alci's IMG Editor. Open it

2. Click file and open.

3. Find the GTA SA directory and open the model folder. Open the gta3.img file.

4. Next click Actions then import (remove if exists)

5. Find the New Roads folder. Highlight all the files then click import.

6. After you import the files, click Actions then Rebuild.

7. After the archive rebuilds, just go ingame and the mod is installed.

NOTE: This was made for a friend!
