[Solved!] ENB issue

Well my graphic card is:
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4550   

I tried every solution like upgrading driver etc. It says I already have latest software,
besides my machine is fast, there is no issue with it.

I don't get what is the problem, earlier (few months back) my ENB was running perfect, but now the chat gets blurred and I am unable to see any text "clearly", it appears slightly blurred.

If tried different settings given to me by people but still same issue, what i need now is
The setting under ENB configuration which is responsible for this blurness in chat.
So i will try to modify that setting, and try if that helps.

I don't if it has something to do with GTA SA's screen resolution.

You've changed the settings in gta its self right?
Pause>Options>Display Setup>Advanced>Screen Resolution (at bottom)> Left or Right arrows and Return/Enter to select. Remember to hit Return/Enter on the setting you want.

that has no effect, except lower resolution gives better quality of chat, but not the graphics of the game.

I can give you my updated settings and see if that works.. but I think I added motionblur to it.
It's sad... We have pending bug fixes that aren't even getting added because of mick's inactivity.

do you know how to get rid of blurness ? Motion blur and any other kind of blurness..

Also if possible, removing the shadows..

mainchat still remains unaffected :/

I dont want any kind of changes in game due to ENB.

I only want reflections in cars, nothing else (no other effect should be visible, game should remain normal, only some reflections in car). If someone can configure it like this, would be really grateful + 50K$ ingame.

Thanks Rubber and RaceRX.

The problem was in graphic card settings. So i changed those settings in control panel and made a new profile. I am currently using rubber's config, but your settings are great as well, the new ones and old ones. I tested them all :P
