On topic:

Try ENB ( ask racer )  Imrove VIDEO card: update drivers, choose the best resolutions/settings for your PC specs.

There you go, cop didnt have a car and one was spawned for him.
Admins are helpers, not monsters.
And i just want to take this moment that i have to thank you SO much for giving me the chance to be a moderator. I really enjoyed it, and although I made bad decisions (like playing MW3 too much haha xD), I really really did enjoy helping players like never before. You were my role model, you were the best admin I had seen in years, and there will never be another one like you.

It will take another to replace me, but I dont think CT can recover if they lose you bro, I wish you the best.

(Pretty sure you hear stuff like this every day XD You're like Chuck norris)
It's unfair that admins can teleport to buy house, and reset their own camping score, but we have to trust that they won't abuse it. We have to trust them anyway, because the server is in their hands. Without admins server is nothing.

enb, timecyc, srt3, particle.txd mod, effectsPC.txd mod, effects.xfp mod, generic folder content mods (Vehicle.txd, wheel.txd ect), Rim mods (must be activated by editing veh_mods.ide), colormod. Fuck, Maybe when i finish my roadtrain mod if you hit me up on skype ill give you my whole game. You'll shit yourself on amazingness.
It's sad... We have pending bug fixes that aren't even getting added because of mick's inactivity.

all of those. Besides srt3, that is a semi dangerious mod. You need a really good computer for it. My computer cant handle the full package.. i had to seperate files.

No mod is dangerous unless it is wrongfully made or you don't know how to install mods correctly. I have hundreds of mods, mostly skin mods, and I have yet to mess up my GTA SA.

Coming from someone who makes mods they can be harmful. SRT3 is a txd mod and it brings your gta3.img to about 3.5gb wch means you cannot extract any files anymore. Once you get over 2gb you mostly can't extract files. Qand while you're ingame you get a glitch called, 'texture drop' even with streamfix, and all that shit.
