Waiting time is only a few hours, but since you camp, teh script detects it and keeps extending the time.
If nobody camps, house will be for sale sooner.

• pay to add slots to your house
• get additional slots to your house in ANY way
• upgrade your interior in any way other than buying a new house

And what are the reasons why that won't be added? It would be a great idea imo.

The system works fine. other one would work is that every house can have maxium of 2 slots. no double slots. just 2 vehicles per player.

Because if theres a owner in the house while its get modified the price gets higher and owner gets profit when he sells it.
For Example my house is current price is 1,000,000 and it wont be raised just because i own it. The price would be in sky otherwise

look the problem isn't you can't get a house, the problem is everybody want more slots (i mean if you really want a house you can buy a 1 slot).
So it's better when you make something that people can get extra slots by doing an achievement...
i mean it isn't really fair how it is now, i mean some people who really work hard deserve extra slots.
I think it's better to make missions like:
get 100 truckloads in 10 hours online time and you will get 1 extra slot.
get 100 truckloads with less than $10000 damage and you will get 1 extra slot.
and more missions like that...
if it is like that hard working players can get extra slots

Putting this system in will probably make all those house campers scores and truck loads bounce or they just can't buy it XD. But I like it. It could probably make me work harder myself
