Renting cars

It's a really nice feature, got to thank you for it Mick, but I feel it needs a few tweaks.

• remove the ability to rent cop vehicles, OR,
  
• allow people to use rented cop vehicles.
  
  
• change rented car registration plate from XYZ 0000 to let's say, RNT xxxx where xxx is the ID.
  
  
• a vehicle label like 'Quad rented by Joshy'.
  
  
• not too sure if this is intentional or not, but perhaps free assistance (except fuel)?

I overlooked the police car and registration thing, it'll be fixed in the next update.
But there will be no labels and probably no free assistance.

no sense... when a car is buyable for example for 100k, then the rent price is 10k..
