I like to know if every Radio Station Online work with this version of Samp not only the 4 radio stations from the oficial site of convoy trucking.

To listen to radio stations in game other than the ones that are available to all players, you need to donate to the server.  Donators, or VIPs as they are referred to here, have access to the command /vipradio which allows them to put in the address of any radio station that streams across the internet. 

There is no guarantee that the station you wish to stream will work with SA:MP.
