Some people have found fixes already as in :

When its bugged, drive a while back and it will load properly once when the ferry is past. After that if u will keep watching it will be bugged again. I still wouldnt reccomend using the bridge or the ferry as it isnt fixed by mick.

Yeah, I bet it was the streamer functions. Not being adapted for the new version :) . I had this problems on my server too.
