Evening all! wondering if you all can help me with a question so i can tell my friend and prove that i am not lying.
You are not allowed this mod
its a type of weather mod but only changes the night so its more darker and ect.
silly question but my m8 who may start playing convoy keeps on saying he gona play on CT with this mod installed.
if anyone can write in here so he can see it you will be doing me a big favor
He starting to really get to me now!!!!!

Only non lagging client only mods are allowed. If other players without mods can see it, its not allowed.

mods cannot be/have :

1) visual to others
2) laggy
3) glitchy
4) give you an advantage above other players
5) mods cannot have effect on the game mode as in : other/better handling with car mods | mods that gives ya car more health etc.
