1st: Rebuying ability of "achievment vehicles"

Example: Some1 who lost his dumper should be able to rebuy it.The limit would be set to 1 of course so they could not buy more than one dumper.Its unfair that some1 worked so much for his dumper and if he loses it,he cant rebuy it.I saw some players made new accounts and recompleted the dumper achievment in order to get their dumper again,so would not be it better for them to rebuy their dumper instead of making new accounts and doing dumper achievment again?

2nd: /setvehiclepass by using /phone and through website

It would be much easier and better especially for players who have a lot of cars

You know, thats the best idea Ive seen regarding this. It still makes it where you have to do the achievement to get the vehicle, but will stop all of the whining regarding "accidently sold" and "I sold it when it was 4m, now its only worth 180k" whiners. I dont see a downside to this suggestion.

I really want it back.
I lost it cause the server was lagging and i was going to sell my elegy and cause the lag he sold the big dumper...
I really like that idea!!!
