I used cyberlink power director. Sony vegas I believe can do it, not sure about windows movie maker but I'm sure there's a way to do it on there. Most video making software tools come with this feature, probably just google it or youtube how to do it.

The tricky thing about the racing was I couldn't see anyone on the map until I was a few seconds from them so you have to be careful lol Probably one reason I didn't use my hotring. I would have liked to have an interior view where I could see my steering wheel and dashboad but I don't have those mods on my GTA, might have to get them.
