How to reset my password on the forum?

I forgott my forum acc's password and want to send a new password to my e-mail address.How to do it?

when your at the login screen there should be an option to click named "forgot password" if you click that if gives you a box to type your email u used for forum. check your email, and it gives you a link to reset your password.
reset it and then write it down somewhere safe so you remeber it
