I just read the topic and I misunderstood it. Anyways fuel station as a house is not a good idea we already have awesome houses in game so its useless to add house icon on fuel station doesn't makes sense.

Off Topic:
But, what I misunderstand was that I thought you are suggesting fuel station to be for rent so that when we buy fuel station we will pay the monthly rent (just like base) and who ever refuel their vehicle from that station the money goes to your fuel station account which you can use to pay rent of your gas station and take for your own use. lol that would be a cool idea but anyways it was an accident I got this in my mind.

If i pay money for insurance, my suggestion for that is to fuel be free if i lost all my fuel, because repair and flip its free...

Then in this case if we get free fuel it would not be the same as in real life whereby insurance companies does not offer fuel they just pay for the damages, also in some cases when truck has exploded or destroyed  it respawns fully with fuel and also when thrown in water at some point if im right.

Also in addition to this, we have the ability to purchase fuel cans which aids in emergencies like this and if we have free fuel when /fix it wont be useable, so i think the way in which insurance work is fine the way it is.

This is a nice one as players who own their vehs can just  /reclass and spawn there to get thier vehicles rather than spawning home or at a club
