I think you're wrong, Emily. I am using Microsoft Live account, and I am able to save screenshots, upgraded to Windows 10, still can save screenshots.

How do you do this?? you have to sign into your computer somewhere or something?

Beside using a local user on your PC, you can use your Microsoft account (It gives you access to the store mainly and more functions). I don't know why Emily says it can be because of that, because I was using 8 and 8.1, and my F8 was working perfectly fine.

I've been going through that a lot of times, and after somehow, magically, my host upgraded something, and my internet is a lot better, I haven't been through such a thing since long time. Maybe it's just your internet connection, give it a few minutes like that, and if it doesn't work, then there's something wrong with the torrent.
