I am wondering why this is not active anymore

Because people who "ran it" stopped doing stories for it thus it died.. Hell I even made custom graphics and edited cars for this but when I was done, so was the club/board.

Well, if anyone shows me how and helps me with reviving I am gonna try do something, if not, then obviously I can't do anything.

Yesterday I was checking the website forums etc. and found that San Andreas News is still up there.
I am wondering why this is not active anymore and giving a suggestion to revive it, I don't exactly how it all worked but I think it would be a good idea to bring it back, I think it would be interesting
What do you guys and girls think?

Why sorry?! You are trying to do all the best for server and people hate it...
This logic is out of this world, it is like: Uh, I like doing this, but that guy is doing it better, so I need to start saying shit about him..

I know it is none of my business, but Carl is just trying so hard, because he really loves the server and wants to get it more popular again, that's why all the events he is making. He sometimes maybe tries to hard, but it is his choice what to do with the time he has and he decided to put that time into trying to improve the server.
In my honest opinion this server needs a guy or 2 like him to keep stuff in motion on the server and the forums, new topics, new events...

Those artic convoys are great, they gather a lot of people, but maybe van, dumper, cement etc. convoys would be a welcome change 
About the non-working events, Races and carshows (also in dirtring) are very nice, other stuff could be parachuting from high up the sky, parties at houses (maybe riding with a bus from party to party), a mass jump from Big Ear would be pretty fun I think...

Hey, today I made limo mission from Ridgecrest to Vice City Opera and got 16,429 $, if I had own Stretch that would make it 19,714,8$ (with 20 percent bonus) which is new record, CarlJohnson, with previous record earned 14,881$ with no bonus too. With bonus for club (which is 30 percent, he got 19,345$).
Not absolute record, because I didn't get all that money I would get from bonus, but basic limo mission, with no bonuses, best paid.

Hi guys, I am getting weird percentage of interests, as I am informed rate is 0.83 percent

I get 17844$ for having 2,634,462$ in bank, getting to 2,652,306$
While I should be getting 21,886$ (0,83% rate)
Many more occasions like that, but didn't post screens on, so my question is why this interest money? 

2 house ownership is a great idea, i mean there is  600+ 1 slots for sale and around 200 2 slots and all the bigger houses.
But as said I think there should be a limit, like the one benny suggested, 1 with any ammount of slots and 1 with 2 slots max
