Road rules:
1) All players should obey standard set of road laws.
2) Driving on right hand side of the road, and in the right hand lane unless overtaking.
3) Obey speedlimits: For trucks and buses: 50kph in cities/towns, 80 on roads and 100 on freeway. (all other vehicles 50/90/130) (/speedlimits for MPH/current road info)
4) Give right of way for players on main roads - use mini map to make sure it's safe to make turns or change lanes
5) Keep safe distance from other vehicles. Especially when overtaking, make sure you have enough clearance before manouvering!
6) Don't block road. If you need to stop, pull over to the side of the road. Always make sure you are not in anybody's way.

If you see other players not following them just report and move on. No point in creating a fuss over something as trivial as imaginary money in a video game.

Its possible. I made one a while back, just areas basically. when you enter them the door would close (like toll barriers, they'd rotate to a set axis), play the spray sound and choose a random(); color, wipe wanted level etc if there were no cops in a 100m radius.

I like to tell people I smoke the weed/ganja/loud/maryjane/etc. so they know I'm cool. I like to fit in with stoners because they tend to have lots of food since they live with their parents. Laying around smoking the weeds is gr8 bro. I smoke everyday. Whenever I meet someone new the first thing I tell them is that I smoke weed. It's like being a vegan. You'll find that CT's draw distance is lower than other servers due to the obscene amount of objects being used. Too many objects on a client (the player) screen can cause crashes.

Adapt the stream distance (start at say, 300.0 and work your way up). Make sure your stream distance in options is maxed out too so you're not limited your side while testing obviously.

Have fun changing the stream distance parameter on your objects

That would be lying to the players. Please don't do that. There's currently no topic in the mapping section from you (Ethan) regarding any new map(s) ready for the server, or a WIP topic.

As for the other mappers, the only active one is Benny (in terms of release topics). The rest are nowhere to be seen.

If you can't map, or have time to anymore, just move on from it and let other players have a go.

Do they? cause from what i'm seeing there's one a month, either with poor / none-existent skills, or ones that are ignored/locked (yes, theres currently topics ignored in the mapper applications).
