What actually was happening:
First of all, Ethard isn't an insult of any kind, nor is it meant to be one. It is simply a changed name without any meaning at all, just like Vani,Shek or even Bren. Even though it did somehow insult you, there is no way it is worthy of a 20 days ban. Also, i would like you to show proof of my "continuous disrespect towards staff" since i know i didn't disrespect anyone, nor did i do anything that was breaking the server/forum rules.
Ethan, this is just another example of you misusing your power and failing to do your administrator duty correctly and fairly

Server is Makedonian cause main player (Hobo) is from Makedonia. over.

Creating such a board will mainly target the staff users. Since they always could improve them selves it might be usefull. But not in this community and this server because in the past 3 years i only have seen a handfull of players that actually can make constructive posts against staff. Take Rubber or ThomaKirkman.


I dont think staff deserves accusations or critics without any proof and being targeted once more. And brane, if you have crictics against a staff member, you should indeed make a topic or an admin inbox topic, and if your complaints are valid/constructive and with proof it will always be taken seriously.


The idea might me ok, but it will not work in a community where mostly everything against staff is accusations without proof. You basically want to increase that, so i say no.

This idea came on my mind after several posts by moderators at the forum. Okay, I'll take pictures and send them to you through admin inbox. I know it's not a big deal but as you always were teaching me 'With every word you say, it's word of CT. So don't say bad things'. (In your words sounds better, but this is the point). I see this type of board as something that will end up with either things that should be in problems & complaints or people bitching about their punishments (which should be in problems & complaints).

Most of those are eligible to be posted in problems & complaints board. It's not serious abuse but staff are expected to be helpful to entire server and be professional about it, and really should be seen as friendly reminders and not complaints.

Having said that, don't go overboard with the (amount of) topics you make. Usually it's sufficient to tell them in-person but if it's persistent consider creating a complaint.

The problem is if they post in problems & complaints they need proof and bruno wants to give feedback without proof.
and most problems & complaints will get locked because of no proof or not enough proof.

And of course. I make complaint about someone, he dislikes it, he locks it. I have no power to do anything.

Not needed, you guys will cry there around for every showing rules/kick/mute and want getting attention for every see how cool i am i dare to give criticism.
If you have really problems with staff members about abuse or unjustly behaviour, use admin inbox.

Only admins can see admin inbox. Plus we should use it for really important things.

Yeah, I know every staff team will disagree. As I said, none wants to hear the truth about them.
Critics are good for you too. If we criticize you, you will know where you made a mistake and fix it!

Yeah, lately admins at the forum added some childboards we don't really need. (especially in off topic). I am not raging about them or anything similar. But why don't we add a childboard which will actually improve CT.
Add it under 'Members'. We already have 'Compliments' childboard but why don't we have 'Criticize' Childboard? It will be really helpful.
Why? Because everyone want to be complimented, none want to be criticized. Add it, same rules will apply there
Flame war = Remove of replies

Off topic = remove of replies.
