I think my video card died but I need to be sure... I ain't no tech master... So  I'm using it and all of a sudden the mouse won't react, thinking dead battery, changed it, no difference. I go to put the side panel back on, don't know why, I'm thinking I must of hit something loose, nothing that I notice, but the video feed won't come back.. I unplug it (the monitor from the tower), plug it back in, nothing, changed back to my old one after restarting it, there's no feed anywhere.  Help someone..

I'm on my nexus and I have Skype and the nexus has a camera so I can show you my wire..

I want a decent winter mod but not something thats half ass... something that changes the trees, the ground, sidewalks, the dust into snow, the buildings to show snow fall, everything!!.. something better than me searching "snow mod" on google/youtube or modding sites and getting something I already have.

It was working before but since I moved all my small programs for GTA type files, the default program to open some dont seem to register anymore.. like a txd file wont automatically open txd  workshop, or the gta3 img wont automatically open spark anymore. But when I go the the files properties and try and manually pick a program, browse to it and then try to choose it, it wont show up...
I really dont want to do anything in the resistry.. hopefully it wont come to that

So im asking how do I permanently add a program to open up a specific file....

15) Players can contest server staff decisions in forum within appropriate board. Proof is required along with full and accurate description of the incident and explanation why admin/moderator's action was not fair (staff member name is not necessary). Posting appeal/complaint with false information, or withholding important piece of information is not allowed.

1) Respect other users. Disrespectful behavior, threats and insults are not allowed.
- do not accuse any players or staff members of anything without providing proof.

All accusations of abuse/dictatorship etc must be within one of the following boards;

• problems & complaints
• admin inbox
• admin board / server staff board

where it will be reviewed by at least 2 admins (excluding the accused staff member) from now on unless it was a mistake/misunderstanding in which case a single admin may conclude the complaint. Players accusing staff of abuse found outside of these boards will be advised to go to forum, if players ignore this request they will be punished accordingly. Until admins say the accusation is true, it remains an accusation and is subject to the 2 rules listed above.

Some past incidents of unprofessional behavior by staff have been ignored / hidden, and it is understood that a lot of you in this topic are mentioning this. From now on, given that a complaint is received in the appropriate board, this will not happen again. Verdicts will be made in public if the complaint is in a publicly visible board, whether the staff member is cleared of abuse or not, similar to 'report players' board, hereby eliminating "handled internally" situations. We're going to leave past incidents in the past in the hope that the staff members has been changed since then, so I'm going to ask you nicely to stop attacking Ethan and other staff members. Attacking staff members by using their previous fuckups is just disrespectful and it will not be tolerated anymore.

Staff must provide proof when requested in a complaint about one of their actions against a player, otherwise player's punishment will be reversed and staff member will be punished accordingly. Requests must be reasonable however, for example video evidence can take up a lot of hard disk space so staff may delete videos after 7 days, this means it is expected of you to appeal within 7 days otherwise your complaint may not be successful.

As for this "list", please feel free to PM me (even post a complaint if you want) whatever details you know about it. Otherwise it is considered an accusation of abuse. Same with "asskissing/asslicking to not be targeted/banned/become mod" - this is considered an accusation of abuse.

This is and has been in effect since before the loss from March. It is still in effect now.

yes I'm a tech noob when it comes to this kinda thing

I have a 6 year old monitor and it has a VGA input for my computer. a couple of years ago (2-3) I bought a new video card and it has dual DVI and a HDMI input.
for a long time I have had no problem but for the past few months, I have had an issue with the input getting at an angle (its a VGA/DVI adapter ive been using) which causes my screen to go pink (have a pink filter type thing).
Today I bought a new monitor and it has an HDMI input for my computer..
can I plug in the HDMI port into my computer and it will take the video input right away or do I need to set something up first and then plug it in?

I have the "skymod" from rubber way back in january and have used that one since but I had to recently reinstall my game and I believe I have done evrything fine how ever I am not getting the draw distance that I once had..

I have all the same vorbis, vorbishooked the stream memory files, I am using the no DVD exe (used em all before) and I cant figure out which file I need to get it back as it was...

why not change a couple of the VIP objects to something more funny and enjoyable?

why not change the fishing rod into a sledgehammer as seen here:

all you need to do is extract the gun_Vide1.dff, Gun_Dildo1.txd and dff from your GTA3 img.  extract the following from your SAMP img found in your SAMP folder in the directory of your game (should be in the root directory of your game)
GTASACrowbar1.dff, Flashlight1 dff and txd, and FishingRod dff and txd.

rename the Flashlight1 dff to gun_Dildo1.dff and txd, replace and save them in your SAMP img just like you would with a regular car mod with whatever program you use and now you can have fun in SAMP with VIP objects
