It is gonna be released for PC but months later after the first release.
Reason? Rockstar gets money from consoles first, because when they release PC version it will be uploaded by someone and people will get it by pirate side making Rockstar loose money.

The amount of money that anybody loses to piracy is much less than you'd expect, plus, there is also a pretty good number of people ( including myself ) who have a flashed xbox, and can play pirated games.

Since I am a repeat offender of this ( at least 8 times), I don't exactly support the full on approach of keeping them banned.

But regardless, even though it is a "waste of their time", they still have to deal with ban appeals, and un-banning them can't take more time than modifying their ban time.

I might as well add onto what Storm has touched on.

Most of you guys don't know much about me, or my past, at least, but I used to be associated with a gaming forum which has been long since forgotten. Most of the gaming forum was revolved around game hacks / cheats, and I got extremely interested. I had started scripting in JavaDocs to make scripts for RSBot, and I had also started working on DirectX hacks for a game called Combat Arms. For me, especially at that age, I found it pretty complicated to service the needs and wants of the community, much less deal with all of the bugs.

Regardless of my background, most scripters and coders, and so forth encounter the same issues. The community demands much more than what just one ( or a few ) person (people) can deal with at any certain occasion. With that, you then have to prioritize these wants. I have seen a lot of the suggestions that get suggested here, and a lot of them are pointless. For me, personally,  I wouldn't waste my time trying to implement something that is pointless to the script, especially because we have other things to do.

As it can be agreed upon by the experienced scripters and coders, adding every little fucking suggestion is a bitch, and nobody is actually willing to do it.

Still isn't as bad as the tunnels in NYC, the Battery tunnel flooded with 10ft or so of water, throughout the whole tunnel, which I think is like 1-2 miles long.

Eurofags: 2.7ish meters of water, through the whole tunnel, 3ish km long.

First off, my advice, never buy pre-builts, they just don't cut it when you want the best performance for your buck.

Second, using workstations for gaming is a horrible idea. Even though the workstation CPUs have more cores, they can't process commands as fast as a four core CPU, besides, most games don't even utilize all cores, so it's worthless. I use server grade CPUs for encryption and compression for my storage server, that's pretty much what they're meant to do.

Third, Don't EVER buy shady brand products. If you haven't heard about them previously, they probably aren't good. You can take a look at some gaming blogs or so on, and be able to find high quality brands that are widely respected by the gaming community. ASUS is a great example for a company producing quality parts, I've bought their GPUs, soundcards, and motherboards, needless to say I trust them.

Now if it wasn't true, I wouldn't be saying it, would I? Spend as much time as you want on the pre-built market, but you will never find an accordingly priced gaming desktop. That's why so many people build their own PCs.
