Just wanted to hear everyone's thought on this,

1. Rash driving (taking damage / crashing your vehicle) leads to failure of mission. Similar to how it works with Stretch mission, you need to be fast but careful while taking patient back to the hospital, similar to real life.

2. Updating the /cancel dialog, currently when you /cancel while on a Paramedic mission, it says:

If it can be updated to something like, "You have been charged $xyz for failure to take the patient to the hospital, the patient died for xyz reason where xyz can be something like Brain Aneurism, Stroke, etc.

Hi,
Recently my laptop started to face Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) regularly whenever I was playing some game on WiFi, I can game normally if I disable the drivers from Device Manager and use Mobile USB tethering (haven't tried Ethernet but I guess it should work just fine).
What happens exactly?
The game get's stuck and remains stuck forever or a BSOD appears.

BSOD errors: (either of them appears)
1. DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION
2. BUGCODE NDIS DRIVER

Things I've tried:
1. Clean install of Windows through recovery
2. Updating and rolling back WiFi adapter drivers
3. Updating BIOS to latest version
4. CHDSK

I don't know what else to do now, Laptop's warranty is no longer there (I forgot to extend it but I've contacted Acer, let's see what they say).

Something I noticed in Event Viewer:


Anyone with any idea? I think it could be my WiFi adapter dying out, my friend also faced the same problem on his laptop earlier and they replaced his adapter.

Hi, considering the amount of difficulties that players faced during the last few weeks, we admins have decided to extend club base expiry, vip and house evictions (not decided yet) for a month as to compensate for the downtime.

Basically there's no light or what so ever when I try to turn it on. Even tried letting it charge for a while but still nothing, there's no LED lighting up even when I plug in the charger. It was working fine last night but today its totally dead. I traveled back home yesterday and it was kinda raining in between, only a small part of my bag got a little wet (only the chain part) and no droplets went it because I quickly covered my bag with waterproof cover and it was working fine after that.

The laptop is still in warranty, thoughts?

Hi, I recently bought GTA V on steam and tried it on my laptop but for some reason I get fps drop / game stutters while driving, I get over 60 fps all together when the game isn't getting fps drops.

Hi, basically a certain network on my laptop is extremely slow. It hardly reaches 20 kbps whilst my old laptop manages to go over 200 kbps on the same network. Other network ( mobile Hotspot) gets same speed on both the laptops.

Hi guys, on my new laptop for some reason I'm unable to open the Nvidia control panel, whenever I try to open it from control panel or system tray it comes up with the error "You are not currently using a display attached to an nvidia gpu", sometimes the system tray icon isn't there and I have to start it manually by launching Geforce experience. Even the option is missing from right click menu. I've already resetting my laptop (whilst keeping the files) twice which restored the apps and drivers to original ones.
It somehow worked for sometime yesterday and I was able to open control panel for a while but when I restarted it later in the evening it stopped working again.

Games are able to use the GPU and it's being listed in GPU Z and device manager so its not dead / broken. I read that I have to update the drivers but it shows its updated in the Geforce Experience, should I try uninstalling the current driver's and installing the latest ones from the Nvidia website? Should I try updating the bios? Can anyone guide me on how to do this? I also read I have to do it in safe mode.

I recently bought a new laptop (finally), had to wait like 10 days to get it delivered due to seller facing some issues whilst delivering it to me, it finally arrived yesterday.
Its's Acer Aspire F15 / F5 573G-59V4, comes with

Intel core i5 7200U - 2.5Ghz up to 3.1Ghz
Nvidia GT 940MX GDDR5 (2GB)
4GB DDR4 Memory/Ram
1 TB HDD

I'll attach the pictures later, I plan on getting an SSD along with more ram (probably 4+4 or 4+8 whichever I can afford lol).

The event will stay for a week, there are currently 10 eggs around the whole SA mainland. Easter bonus is also added for a week

Hi, as most of you must have noticed this, the minimap, carparks, club vehicle list is either not working or bugged. We are currently trying to fix the issue.
You can still work normally but you won't be able to park vehicles, so we suggest not to buy new ones to avoid paying unnecessary money to restore it.


Update: carparks are working temporarily via the use of /reloadcarparks command. If the server restarts, carparks will not work again. -Joshy

I am going to make this clear for the last time. If anyone is found abusing bugs to gain advantage, it will be taken very seriously and players who are found abusing can even be permanently banned for it. If the bug is not reported, you should report it in the respective section of the forum i.e. Bug reports section. If its already reported, bump the topic, add more information if you can.

To celebrate Halloween this year at CT, we've introduced special bonus at server. Admins can set the bonus on their own discretion. The bonus will stay there for a week, so earn as much as you can in this week. Each mission type / class have their own % of bonus.

Along with this, to make it more fun, I've created a group just for the Halloween on forum, it sets your forum name color and stars to that of admin, it'll stay there till 31^st of October. You can change your color to red by going to Profile > Account Setting > Modify Profile > Group membership (http://www.forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php?action=profile;area=groupmembership), click on join group > After joining click on Halloween > Make Primary group.

Ah, some of you might not be able to change their primary group - Dev team for instance, because its assigned by admins. So just contact admins to change it for you

Recently a idea popped up in my head, so here's what it is, right now the cops can see all the chat taking in place in cop cb (CB 9) but can't reply back unless they're also in the cop cb which mean they can't stay in the same cb as their buddies if they want to talk to other cops. It'd be a lot easier if cop could send messages like admins to admin chat or admin cb, this will help the cops to plan out attacks, roadblocks and stuff against theives and they could remain in their own cb with their friends.

I decided the key to be '$', so sending a message with the dollar sign would send the message to cop cb like this
