What i am trying to obtain is pretty simple but might turn out to be more complicated than it really is:

I basically want to have a very high quality animated phone wallpaper without the use of a gif file (for quality purpose)

this is approximately the effect i want to obtain: [hide=gif][/hide]

As you can see the first black and white image is displaying for 2 seconds (as initially projected, but the conversion to .gif of course fucked the timing up) and the negative of the same image is there for 1/30th of a second to create a short blinking effect between the two images

The problem with using a gif is the quality becomes trash whenever you convert it to a reasonably sized file (i'm looking to use these both images at their full 1440x2560 resolutions)

I literally have no idea what software/app i should be looking for therefore i'm asking you if there perhaps is even a built-in android feature that i may have missed to make something like this, or can anyone lead me to an app able to create a precisely-timed animated wallpaper?

So let me start:


Phone: Samsung Galaxy S7 on stock android 6.0.1, 1440x2560 display


Desktop: 3840x1080 display, Windows 7 Ultimate


Laptop: 1366x768 display, Windows 10

Over the past few days my phones been drastically losing battery over night, going from around 95 to 70% in around 6 hours, by simply being idle with deactivated mobile data and with power saving mode activated. The screenshot above shows that Android system and Android os are responsible for over 30% of the battery loss each. Has anyone had the same problem and found a potential fix for it ?

this might sound odd but this is not the first time it happens, when i am getting close to some players, they just disappear from the map and from my screen in game,this report might be another example because i never encountered the guy yet he claims i rammed him 5 times, and it appears that i just drive through him, this time it was a suspect and i collected the proof i could

All of the laptimes above were undeniably achieved using cheats or by exploiting a bug, which are both forbidden by the server rules.

After several attempts and by looking at a part of the laptime table, there is no way to achieve this lap in under 12 seconds in a legit way.

The table should be wiped from these junk laptimes and a fair limit should be instated where times under lets say 11 seconds are not listed on since they are clearly unachievable.

The current forum embedded YouTube player seems to be outdated since it's the old style player + it does not support 60 fps videos as you can see here. If you check this video on YouTube you are able to notice that the highest quality is 1080p60, while on the forum embedded player it only displays 1080p. I guess there is some way to update this.

The shoutbox currently only displays the last 40 lines/replies. Just two people having a small discussion will sweep everything that was said earlier in a matter of minutes, i suggest to raise this amount to a more considerable number like 100.

What i tried so far:
-Reinstalled everything including samp in 3 different directories
-Deleted gta_sa.set
-Ran gta and samp in compatibility mode as administrator
-Browsed google for solutions and nothing worked


The problem came up suddenly i honestly have no idea why it stopped working while i was online just 1 week ago. Its been 5 days im trying to figure out the problem. I use the same copy of gta since 4 years i never had any problem that was not fixed after a reinstall. I am using Windows 8, i doubt it is the problem since samp has always worked since september 2013 but if it can help you..
