#FASTFINGERS is the game where you give (to the Starter) the ID of selected player.

Starter puts the name of player and first one who reply with the proper ID gets the prize.
Normally 5 times per day and $10,000 as the standard value of the prize is a good way.

This event is free to be used by any CT player, should be started at about XX:00 of real time
and must be started with chat announcement, info about the event and prize.

Each player can donate how much they want to support the idea.
Remember to use [#FASTFINGERS] as a hashtag to announce info or rules of the event.
