What actually was happening:
well there was this guy cheating making vehicles fly and he got by smokey a couple of times but he relogged with other names and the third one i got banned because he make me fly (cezy is witness)

I already solved it xD but i found new logical problem...

When the object moved there are no money deduction (Pay toll money from player) and no client message...

you must use OnObjectMoved callback, not OnPlayerObjectMoved

EDIT:nvm, if you use OnObjectMoved you havent playerid xD

why not do the money deduction and message in the timer?

For example:

So the forward and public must receive the "playerid" parameter and you can SendClientMessage and GivePlayerMoney

sorry for posting again, but i really want to play ct...
i got no proofs that i don't hacking, but at least, idk, gimme a second chance...

furthermore, i have 160-170 score. why'd i wanted to cheat now? if i wanted to cheat i would have done before, when i was wannabe or rookie...
