now you can see this a false positive. The money is not set to $89,630 (as you can see in the second scrnshot)

What actually was happening:
I wanted to try out CE on SA-MP.I used it after i logged in and added 50k$ more and use freeze option in ce. Then the Smokey banned me.

I confess that i was using cheat.

I just want a chance because this was a try and i won't do it again ever.
In the screenshot you can see the 89630 money which were 50k$ less(original)

I want to get unbanned because of the server and it's component and the players.

$$ Suggestion 1 $$

Allow players to buy 1(and only 1) fuel pump for a time period(like 30 days>in-game).The owner will receive 5% (or 10%) of what other players pay for the fuel(on that fuel station only).
Once the time period is over, that player can not buy a fuel station for a year(in-game) and on the time that player buys a fuel station second time,he will not earn the much like before(eg if for the first time he was earning 10% of the fuel station's earnings, next time it would be 6% and then so on)

Player(owner of the fuel station) can collect the money from a marker by entering password.

$$ Suggestion 2 $$

This suggestion is in-game suggestion and it is that we should have a floating city/island too in the game.I have seen some mods that add highways in the air,so this idea came to my mind.
(i am not a scripter )

Pros:
  5% extra payout
  Vehicles/Trucks/Trailers will be somewhat cheaper (like 5% or 2%)
 
Cons:
  houses will be a lot expensive than normal price
  Only 1 fuel pump on the whole island(including shop)
  /asstistance /fix /duel won't work on this island

Let those player buy house even more cheaper who don't have a house yet(mostly new players)(difference of the prices won't be much)
After using this feature once those player can't use this feature again.(One time use)
