The problem is not for those who pay the big price.The problem is for those who buy and sell houses to make money.

Like in real life. For example: You buy a new house for $25.000, it passes 3 years then you can sell it for $35.000. People would have to see if they accept or not, it's normal....different from vehicles which their price decrease everyday.

Now, if someone wants to sell his house and there's no one interested in it, I think they simply must do /sellhouse and receive the half of its original price.

1. 3 (November 1st) days ago I was driving from Milestone to Sandus, I tried to overpass / overtake him and he blocked me twice, then he tried to catch me up to ram me...and he did in Whitewood, then my Securicar exploded.

2. Today, I was driving my Securicar and he started ramming and blocking me for no reason, he wasn't even a thief, he was a trucker....it began at Prickle Pine.

He was a trucker, so he had no reason to do that.

Wonder why the coach and jester couldn't be created.

My game can't load a Comet (Vehicle ID 480) which is located near to Las Venturas Bank, I get 4 opcodes there...don't know why, happened twice.
