Doesent matter if its like TM or not, this is a trucking server, should have companys too, its not a roleplay server. Clubs does not work anything like Companys, seems like you didnt read it.

Hey sup guys, i wanted to suggest something.

There should be a Company System wich should work like this:
There would be an open application messages to send to Mick where people that wants a company would make an application to have it, either if they deserve it of not, they should have a minimum cash (Mick would set it) to buy the base, then that person would win the company and the base with some members that he wants.
Then the company base rental would be about 3, 4 millions (Mick would set it) and it would be taken away from the company balance each month. To pay that money, the owner would hire new members until he fills every slot on the company, the slots would be the maximum players that the company can have. Every member of the company would have to make a minimum cash weekly for the company (Setted by the company owner) to pay the monthly base rental (Setted by Mick).
Then there should be managers, so the owner would promote the members that he trust the most to be managers of the company, each manager would have its own job just as changing the payrate (Will explain later) or making the finances report (Will explain later).

Then we should talk about company's balance since players are not working machines that depends on the company.
The company payrate would work weekly, every day should have its payrate, percent of money that goes to the player and the other goes to the company depending on the company's balance.
If the company's balance is bad, then the company would set the payrate to 50,60,65 percent each day of the week, that means that in the case that the payrate is 60 percent, the company gets 40 percent of the cash you win in each load you haul and you get 60 percent.
If the company's balance is stable then it would set it to lets say, 2 days of 50 percent and the rest of the days would be 75 percent to the member and 25 percent to the company.

The percent depends on what you earn if you dont have a company. To explain it better lets say that if you make a load this days you get $10.000, that would be an IMAGINARY 50 percent tax of the maximum wich would IMAGINARY be $20.000, there wouldnt be really a tax since you would win the same as you do now, but the 100% would be 20.000 (Imaginary) so 75% of that would be $15.000 so you would be earning MORE CASH THAN YOU DO NORMALLY WITHOUT A COMPANY, im not LOWERING the price of the earnings right now AT ANY POINT OF VIEW, im just imaginary putting it as if it was a 50% of something.
So if the company needs money, they would set the payrate to 50 percent wich would be the same as if you didnt work for a company.

Now lets say you earn more cash than the company weekly minimum asks, lets say its $100.000 for each member depending on how much is the company monthly rental as you are always "working" for the company, each load you make some percent goes to the company always but you never get less than you would without a company.
So as you are always working for yourself, not only for the company, you would exceed the weekly minimum needed so lets say you make 300.000 in stead of 100.000 for the company, the company would give you a bonus cash thanking you for making that much money for the company balance, lets say the bonus for that ammount of cash would be 50.000 for you.
So the company would pay you $50.000.

Now each company should have its own truck colour wich they buy with the company balance cash, a base, a forum to talk about and make the financial reports where would be how much each member did in the last week and if they get any bonus or either get warned/fired for not making the weekly minimum.

So in resume, you always will be getting more cash than you would without a company. The ammount of cash that the people without a company earns would not be less at all, it would just be an imaginary 50 percent of earnings.

There would be an Owner , managers and members hired and fired by the managers. There would be a payrate designed by the managers and the owner depending on the balance. Each member hired should agree in making the weekly minimum for the company and being active in the server for it.
