I paid 40M for a 5 slots house. I think it's overpriced because I saw houses with 6 slots for 25M I think. But I'm very happy with my crib in Happyland (Madd Dogg style) with private gate through security code.

Your house used to cost 60M. 40M for a 5 slot with a gate and a helipad isn't that bad.

They don't usually last that long in this city at least. Not sure how exactly the abandoned car policy works here. All I know is they place a sticker with info on the windshield (like in the first picture, except the info is gone there) then they tow it away after some time.

This one might look like it isn't abandoned. It's been there for more than a year now.

lol no. For a cop it would be just $1500. For a trucker it'd be that fine plus extra load loss, therefore less profit. I don't think this would increase the amount of cops though, considering the average player count isn't very high.
