What actually was happening:
Hello Admin,
I see that i have a two-part ban.
One ban is for idling, which I do admit to. I was idling as a cop, watching a race. I was banned by "Matheus." i believe. This ban was for 7 days and should have expired on or around July 7th.
Another ban was for Advertising CT on other servers (giving [you] a bad image). My cousin actually came along and made "JayCVT" on my IP and logged onto Truckmania's server to promote Convoy Trucking. "JayCVT" can back me up on this.
Side-note: I cannot log onto CVT because the server will not load up for me at all. It keeps saying "The server is restarting", so I cannot summon a picture at the time. Even when using a randomly generated username, I cannot log in. An admin helped me out one day trying to help me de-sync, which I'm guessing is the problem...
