I've talked to my family and after a lively conversation yesterday had concluded that my time as an admin is over ..
Summer is coming soon and I will not have time to be online. therefore I choose to step aside and thank you for my time as a mod / admin here I will certainly come back as a player but no more than that.

it feels heavy for me to say this but after about 2 years so it's time to hand over the post of admin to someone else.

Lindsey, I hope you will be admin soon and the rest of the gang good luck keeping track of server and help those who need help.

ok i understand what mick is saying and it is nothing that says we cant go in a big convoy!

but in the same time think back!

when we was joining the server first thing you did was /convoy to see any big convoy to join and most players that did join did also stay in the same convoy all night. and if i remember right most of the players did accept "noobs" and did help them to get it right from the start.

it is not all about the money but what is a convoy in 2 players? fast ok but it is not a convoy you need more trucks to get a convoy. with /lead on you get a clean convoy no racing to the unload point less ramming. so maby a good idea to get some change.

but like i did say before i cant remember why it was changed probable some good reason

all i can say yes but we have to see what mick have to say to this and i cant remember why he did change it in the first time.

you are banned but i think you are right here why have a convoy in 2 players where is the fun in that 2 player less money 10 players more money. if you see on the server today you have 10 convoys with 2 players ? yes same money as 1 convoy with 20 players but we dont get less accidents at all and is a convoy 2 players?

 

and thats mean 5min and 33 sec per star so follow the rules to avoid it.

sorry i try to do the reports when i can a 2-5 times a day

but like always do 1 report and read 1 pm and get complaint that's wrong and so on,

it is only Admins that should do the reports but if moderators have take action ig they should replay to the report it and lock the report. we trying to be fair but it is not so easy because that is a different case every time.

i try to explain how we work today with the reports.

1 we see it and read what it is about ramming/insult/blocking and so on.
2 we starting to see the proof given by the player screen shots, log or any proof given.
after we have see the proof given we take action to it and now is it up to the player what did he do and how many times did he do it ramming, insulting. then we warn or ban the player.

if the player have got banned for 3 days ramming with intent he going to get 7 days next time and after that 14 days

the problem is that you and nagy cant see the admin panel so you cant see the actions from the players and what they did do before thats why it can look like we judge different in same kind of report.
if the player reporting give really good proof we dont need to think if it is internal or only a accidental ram.

if you see your first post the first report the player got banned for 3 days reason internal ramming new or old player do not matter for us he did ram the car multi times

but we going to take this with us and see what we can do to get harder on the warn or ban.

the other 2 is it only 1 ram so it is a warn.

and also if the player ramming and got warned for it many times before he get a ban.

i hope you understand now why some get a ban and some a warn.

i know it can look strange sometime but we also see what the player have done before.
