Something has happened and there seems to be no problem anymore.

IIRC there was a server update at summer and after that haven't been able to connect server or websites with own ip. VPN is needed even with my phone's 4G connection. Browser gives "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" and SAMP shows server offline. Problems with server or has my internet provider f'd something? For really long I thought that server has died, but then I accidentally opened samp with vpn on and was like wtf  . Attachments show cmd tracert with vpn off and on.

This is my First "mod/edit" so its maybe bad.
Removed bumbers,badges from back and front,removed dirty look, changed license plate and rear lights place.

Now, I like to use the left side and user view, now click on the this box . Now go into Select > Separated OR Single (Separated seems to work better for me) Make sure selected mode is on which is on the bottom right corner, the shortcut key is "SPACEBAR"
Now in either user or left side view right click on the vertices (red dots) where you want, after its all highlighted which should be orange which tells you its highlighted.

Now go into Modify>submesh>detach and click on the highlighted piece, (make sure selected mode is on) Now it should be detached.

Sorry for the long post, but thats how I do it..

How to move it becouse i try it with that move thing but it doesnt anything?

How to move parts if they are in chassis? How to "cut" them and move then?
